At Little Hands and Creations, we offer a variety of services centered on the youth and/or adult as well as their families.

We offer services in the home, community, and/or in school

Our programs are effective due to their individualized approach. We understand that no two individual are the same, and that is why we make sure to give full attention to each individual.

You can rest assure that we will encourage those to dream big and be the best that he/she can be. By providing high-quality services, we are able to extend a hand to people from various culture backgrounds and ethnic groups.

Please note that we accept all major insurances, private insurance, and we also can set up a payment plan if needed. If there is anything we can do to help, do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is here and ready to answer your questions.

Individual Support Services

This program is designed to prepare and help individuals who struggle with daily living skills. This also include those who has very little interactions in the community, lack social skills, need help with budgeting, problem solving, and those with low self-esteem.

Community Inclusion

Our agency provide Community Inclusion to individuals with developmental disabilities. This service give those the opportunity to exercise their right to make choices, who want to expand their daily life with education, recreation, and/or community based activities.

Tutoring

One of our trained Tutors will come into the home to work with the youth on what they struggles with the most academically. A individualized plan is put together based on the needs that were identified by the youth and parent to help them become successful in that area.

Mentoring / Behavioral Assistance

Our staff is trained to come into your homes and create a positive bond to connect with the youths that are highly at risk in the homes or in the community. Our trained staff will positively give them someone  that they can look up to, in a positive light to become a better person and learn how to make better decisions.

Respite

Our agency provide Respite Care to the individual in their authorized setting to continue care in a safe environment. Respite service is here to benefit both individual and caregiver. Our trained staff will come and take over duties of the caregiver for the amount of time needed for support.

Positive Behavior Support (PBS)

Our agency provides quality care service to adults with developmental disabilities.

All support staff are trained to meet the needs of each individual and their needs. This will be done by implementing the individual's, individualized Support Plan that is put in place by one of our trained staff.

Parent Mentoring

Our agency provides Parent Mentoring  to provide support, guidance, and/or instruction to families to bring about constructive change. Our trained staff are here to assist families to successful help with children transition back into the home.

Our Intensive In-community Services (IIC)

Our Intensive In-Community (IIC) was designed to provide intensive clinical care for children with acute mental health illness. Our clinicians work with children and families in their homes by providing services based on an individualized plan specifically for that individual. The clinicians provide therapeutic techniques to gain trust and a bond that leads to a mutual understanding.

Transportation

Our agency is offering transportation for all our clients to and from doctors visits, day programs and other needs. Our staff will provide safe and reliable transportation to and from their destination.

Melissa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at who does out assessments and supervises our Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavioral Technicians who work with our youth who receive ABA therapy.

Katherine is our License Professional Counselor who provide supervision to our Behavioral Assistance (BA) and Intensive In-community (IIC) staff to help assist with cases to ensure that our clinical staff is providing the best quality of care.

Evan is our agency BCBA Clinical Supervisor. Evan supervises our BCBA’s and their cases. Evan ensures that our ABA staff is providing the best quality of care.

We currently have services through CMO and I’m so glad we do because it changed our lives for the better. We unfortunately had a family crisis happen right when we started therapy and our therapist went above and beyond to support our family and guide us in the right direction.
