Our agency provide Community Inclusion to individuals with developmental disabilities. This service give those the opportunity to exercise their right to make choices, who want to expand their daily life with education, recreation, and/or community based activities.
Our agency provides quality care service to adults with developmental disabilities. All support staff are trained to meet the needs of each individual and their needs. This will be done by implementing the individual’s, individualized Support Plan that is put in place by one of our trained staff.

Our Community Habilitation and Day Habilitation programs support adults and children with intellectual disabilities. The supports provided by each program are individualized to the needs and desired outcomes of each person.
This program is designed to prepare and help individuals who struggle with daily living skills. This also include those who has very little interactions in the community, lack social skills, need help with budgeting, problem solving, and those with low self-esteem.
Our agency provide Respite Care to the individual in their authorized setting to continue care in a safe environment. Respite service is here to benefit both individual and caregiver. Our trained staff will come and take over duties of the caregiver for the amount of time needed for support.
Our agency is offering transportation for all our clients to and from doctors visits, day programs and other needs. Our staff will provide safe and reliable transportation to and from their destination.
Our Intensive In-Community (IIC) was designed to provide intensive clinical care for children with acute mental health illness. Our clinicians work with children and families in their homes by providing services based on an individualized plan specifically for that individual. The clinicians provide therapeutic techniques to gain trust and a bond that leads to a mutual understanding.
Our staff is trained to come into your homes and create a positive bond to connect with the youths that are highly at risk in the homes or in the community. Our trained staff will positively give them someone that they can look up to, in a positive light to become a better person and learn how to make better decisions.
One of our trained Tutors will come into the home to work with the youth on what they struggles with the most academically. A individualized plan is put together based on the needs that were identified by the youth and parent to help them become successful in that area.
Our agency provides Parent Mentoring to provide support, guidance, and/or instruction to families to bring about constructive change. Our trained staff are here to assist families to successful help with children transition back into the home.

We now offer home and school-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Each plan is customized to a child’s strengths and individualized to meet their unique needs, supporting growth in confidence, communication, independence, and learning.
We are excited to offer Art Therapy for youth and their families across the counties we serve. Sessions are designed to provide a safe and creative space where participants can explore self-expression, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional well-being. Art Therapy takes place in a supportive studio environment with a variety of engaging activities tailored to meet individual needs.
We currently have services through CMO and I’m so glad we do because it changed our lives for the better. We unfortunately had a family crisis happen right when we started therapy and our therapist went above and beyond to support our family and guide us in the right direction. We have had services twice weekly for the past few months and my daughter loves her therapist! That is saying a lot because she is very hard to please. I don’t even want to think about where we would be if we didn’t start services when we did. We know we are cared for as a family, not just our daughter and couldn’t be happier.
